How many times do we say 'no I can do it "before you try? Well, my philosophy (and who came to the mountain bike has personally experienced) is groped to break these barriers to our potential (without prejudice to their physical limits, which are typically much more distant than you think ).
For this reason, today I attended the Bergcross 2008 in Amersfoort, a grueling cross-country race in the forest that borders the town. I have tried harder in the path: 4 laps of 2.2 km for a total of 8.8 km in less than 53 minutes. We see the general classification . Here
