4-8 February 2008 to describe this course that I attended to ' Accenture Training Centre in Milton Keynes should I use the English terms exiting and inspirational: one for content, the second for the context in which it is held. I found myself in a group of people from all over Europe and beyond and has now created a vibrant creativity, interest and expertise. It 'been a tight series of lectures, group activities, dinners, outings, laughter, hard work and sport. and my group was the winner of the SOA Competition! The training center is fairly isolated, but has an impressive sports complex, complete with swimming pool, squash courts, sauna, etc. ... The town of Milton Keynes, on the other hand, is famous for two attractions: the ski slope and indoor parachute simulator: you would not believe! do not believe that you can ski indoors?

Well, my philosophy (and who came to the mountain bike has personally experienced) is groped to break these barriers to our potential (without prejudice to their physical limits, which are typically much more distant than you think ). For this reason, today I attended the Bergcross 2008 in Amersfoort, a grueling cross-country race in the forest that borders the town. I have tried harder in the path: 4 laps of 2.2 km for a total of 8.8 km in less than 53 minutes. We see the general classification . Here some meaningful pictures: first,
