Free gym at Radisson SAS
Friday, October 19, 2007
I discovered with great pleasure to have free access to the gym near the Radisson SAS work! Now that's a benefit! I am not clear yet why, but it is fine with me: is not huge, but there are all the tools necessary to run and carpets are also spinning! This I like, but only on Wednesday to schedule the lesson is acceptable (19,30), other times it is at 7 am!
The icing on the cake: a sauna and turkish bath!

But what is a knooppunt? Anyone go to the bike in the woods and Dutch countryside inevitably will encounter signs and billboards with these numbers: they are the proven system for bike lanes in practice is a cross between a knooppunt more cycle lanes, so when you want to reach a destination (knooppunt the target) is sufficient to identify the knooppunt intermediate and follow the directions accordingly.
Very easy and useful! In addition, bike lanes marked with these points are all of great natural and scenic! The
Official Website of care and that handles these trails is an excellent resource where to get information and even plan their walks: Fietsen in Noord Holland.
Today I decided to reach the sea, cycling destination Muiderslot Castle, through the nature reserve of 't Gooi.
The speed with which changes the Dutch landscape is breathtaking: it goes from green fields and woods and luxurious neighborhoods in lakes and beaches, not to mention wind turbines off the coast.
The tour lasted about six hours today, for a total of 65 km: not bad as the average true?
Let's see some pictures:
You can also special meetings ...
Meet dream villas ...
Glimpses worthy of a painting by Monet ...
fortified towns such as Naarden ...
see the wind turbines (windmills) off? Download the photo and zoom in!
If my bike is called Beach Cruiser for a reason ...
Here is our hero:
A medieval castle ...
And finally, but the goal ...
The return, always in the middle of 't Gooi ...
